Just like your job you need to develop a set schedule in order to reach your fitness goal; otherwise you'll be in the gym doing too much or one exercise or not enough of another. Be sure to tailor your schedule to fit your current lifestyle and capabilities. When your body changes your reps and resistance should change too.
I've been looking at different websites and pulling different workouts from different articles. I'm not trying to lose weight so I won't do a workout geared towards weight loss. I want to tone, build muscle and strengthen my core so my workout plan is tailored specifically around that.
Be sure to switch it up. Changing up your routine or adding different workouts will keep your body guessing and give you better results!
Fit tip: Drink a glass of chocolate milk after your work out! Chocolate milk is a great post work out drink that helps speed muscle recovery so you tone and build muscle quicker. Plus it tastes great so its a win win!
