Anyone who knows me knows how much I love a good sale. No, not Black Friday. I refuse to leave the house on Black Friday, all of those people crammed into one place activate my anxiety and claustrophobia so I do myself a favor and steer clear. I worked in the mall a few years ago and it was mandatory for us to work on big shopping holidays so I had to work on Black Friday, I quit before Christmas. Never again. Anyways, I always check the sale racks when I go somewhere because there could be something in my size marked down because it's the last one. Don't get me wrong I will pay full price if I feel like the price is worth it but a lot of times I don't have to. I'm not the girl who will spend hundreds of dollars on one outfit; it's just not worth it to me. Not knocking anyone who does, its just my personal preference.
Wednesday, March 17th I went to Daymond John from Shark Tanks's free entrepreneur seminar in Orlando and this is what I wore. (I wore nude pumps to the event but changed out of them when I got to my car.) Solomon (my husband) commented on how he liked my outfit and I said "Thanks! This entire outfit cost me like $20!" He didn't believe me so I had to break it down for him.
- Top: Miley Cirus & Max Azria for Walmart - $3
- I saw this top in 2010 when I was shopping for paint with my mom. I should've bout all of them because I wear this all the time!
- Pants: H&M - $7
- I found these on sale in November I believe, they also came in black but I didn't buy them. I regret that.
- Necklace - $3
- I used to have an online jewelry and accessory store and I got this from one of my wholesalers.
- Shoes: Soda from JustIn Total Fashion - $6
- I bought some booties from there but had to return them because one shoe was the wrong size. They only give store credit so I got those. They're like Tom's with laser cut floral pattern on the side.
I hope you enjoyed this fashion budget breakdown. There will be more to come. :)
